Nucleus Software implements software for Nigerian bank

New Delhi, Feb 19 (UNI) Nucleus Software Exports Ltd, provider of software products for banking and financial sector, today said Nigerian United Bank for Africa Plc (UBA) has selected its lending and collections software.

With the implementation of FinnOneTM CAS, UBA, the largest financial institution in Nigeria, expects to overhaul its entire credit and loan operations across the country.

''United Bank for Africa Plc is the largest financial services institution in West Africa and this order shows our commitment to the market,'' Nucleus Software Exports Ltd Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director Vishnu Dusad said.

The software FinnOne is an integrated suite of applications designed to support the spectrum of business offerings of banks and financial institutions.

It automates and manages the application processing flow for retail/ corporate financing as well as credit cards, allowing banks to integrate different touch-points in their supply chain for acquisition, prospecting and pre-disbursal processing.

At present, Nucleus has over 134 clients across the globe with a leadership position in regions spanning Asia-Pacfic, Europe, West Asia, Africa, and America.
