Man's body washed ashore on the beach

Puducherry, Feb 19(UNI) The body of a 40-year-old unidentified man was washed ashore on the beach in front of the Court complex here today.

The body was found in-between the boulders dumped there. Police took custody of the body and sent it to the Government General Hospital for post-mortem.

A case had been registered and investigation was underway to ascertain whether it was a case of murder or suicide, police said.
