Makkar condemns Samjhauta Express train blast

Amritsar, Feb 19 (UNI) Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee President Avtar Singh Makkar today condemned the blast in the Attari-bound Samjhauta Express train in which 66 persons were killed and 13 others injured near Panipat last night.

''This is the crime against humanity'', he said in a statement here.The perpetrators of the blast should not go scot free but punished for their act, he added.

Mr Makkar conveyed his condolences to the bereaved families.
