Israeli man found dead in West Bank - army

JERUSALEM, Feb 19 (Reuters) An Israeli driver was found dead inside his truck at the entrance to a Palestinian village in the West Bank today, an Israeli army spokesman said.

Israel Radio and the emergency service ZAKA said the man was stabbed to death inside the Palestinian village of Shukba, near the Jewish settlement of Modiin Ilit, and later died of his wounds.

The army could not confirm if he entered the village.

There was no immediate claim of responsibility from any Palestinian militant group for the incident.
