Headmaster commits suicide

Azamgarh, Feb 19 (UNI) A school headmaster committed suicide in this district of Uttar Pradesh last night, police today said.

Ram Vilas Ram, the headmaster at a primary school in Jiyanpur area, throtted himself at his residence in Narhandas village.

Ram's body was recovered today, police added.

The reason behind the crime, however, remained a puzzle.

Investigations were on.
