Tamil Nadu: Cattle dies after drinking water

Kancheepuram, Feb 19: Four heads of cattle died and two fainted after drinking water from a tank at Vembedu in Thiruporur of the district last night.

Police said the incident occurred when Chandran took his cattle to the tank. After drinking the water, four animals fell dead and two fainted.

Chandran lodged a complaint with the police who were investigating if the water was poisoned.
