APSRTC launches "Bangaru Bhavita" training programme

Hyderabad, Feb 19 (UNI) The Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (APSRTC) today launched a massive re-orientation training programme "Bangaru Bhavita" for its staff in all the depots in the state.

The programme is designed to empower the employees and help re-orient their attitude and style of functioning so that they are better geared to face competition and also bring about an improvement in market share by providing a high-level of passenger satisfaction.

Inaugurating the programme here, APSRTC Vice Chairman and Managing Director V Dinesh Reddy said passenger satisfaction should be the upper most consideration in the minds of every employee of APSRTC, especially in the present competitive atmosphere.

He also stressed that the imperative necessity for all the employees to join together to make APSRTC self-reliant and self-sufficient.
