US-led coalition chopper crashes in Afghanistan

KABUL, Feb 18 (Reuters) A helicopter of the US-led coalition force crashed in southeastern Afghanistan today, the coalition said, but did not say if there were any casualties.

A search and rescue operation for the helicopter and its occupants had been launched, a spokesman said in a statement, describing the crash due to engine failure.
