Twin Baghdad car bomb attacks kill 30 -police

BAGHDAD, Feb 18 (Reuters) A twin car bomb attack in the mostly Shi'ite New Baghdad district of the capital killed 30 people and wounded 120 today, police said.

They had earlier put the death toll at five. It was the worst attack since a new anti-insurgency offensive was launched by US and Iraqi troops in Baghdad on Wednesday.
