AHS inks $ 7 mn equipment supply deal with Philips

New Delhi, Feb 18: Artemis Health Sciences (AHS), a wholly-ownedsubsidiary of PTL Enterprises Ltd, has entered into a seven milliondollar agreement with Philips Medical Systems.

Philips will provide 60 per cent of health equipments required by AHS Institute being set up in Gurgaon.

''Artemis Health Sciences aims to define and deliver cutting edgehealthcare in India by uniquely integrating healthcare delivery withresearch and development,'' AHS Chairman O S Kanwar said.

The first phase of the hospital with 260 beds will commenceoperations by April. After the completion of the hospital AHS will haveover 500 beds.
