200 devotees fall ill due to food poisoning

Nalgonda, Andhra Pradesh, Feb 18 (UNI) About 200 devotees, including children, fell ill in a suspected case of food poisoning, during a Shivaratri festival function at Mushipatla village in this district today.

According to police, after partaking prasadam 'pulihora,' the devotees developed symptoms of vomitting and fever.

All were treated at the make-shift medical camp set up in the village for the festival.
