Kalari Asan passes away

Palakkad, Kerala, Feb 17 (UNI) Noted Kalari Asan Narayanan Nair Kurikkal died here today following old age-related illness.

He was 81. He is survived by his wife, one son and two daughters.

Mr Nair was honoured with ''Prasamsapathram'' by Travancore Raja and ''Veerasrinkala'' from former President K R Narayanan.
