Golden Safari project for developing KGF

Kolar Gold Fields, Karnataka, Feb 17 (UNI) The Karnataka Government is committed to implement the Golden Safari project, aimed at developing KGF as a tourist centre, State Housing Minister D T Jayakumar said today.

Speaking to newspersons here, he said the Rs 500 crore project was pending before the Union Government. The project would benefit hundreds of youth in KGF, who have been rendered jobless following the closure of Bharat Gold Mines Limited.
