Chamarajanagara records lowest temperature

Bangalore, Feb 17 (UNI) Following is a summary of observations recorded by the weather office at 0830 hours today.

Dry weather prevailed over the State. Minimum temperatures rose at most places over Coastal Karnataka; at many places over South Interior Karnataka and at a few places over North Interior Karnataka. They were below normal at many places over North Interior Karnataka and were normal over Coastal Karnataka and South Interior Karnataka.

Chamarajanagara recorded the lowest minimum temperature of 14.0 degree celsius over the State.

Forecast valid until Monday morning: Mainly dry weather may prevail over Coastal Karnataka and North Interior Karnataka. Dry weather may prevail over North Interior Karnataka.

Farmers Weather Bulletin: Mainly dry weather may prevail over Dakshina Kannada, Udupi, Mandya, Mysore, Chamarajnagara, Kolar, Kodagu, Bangalore Rural, Bangalore Urban districts and dry weather may prevail over remaining districts of the State.

Forecast for Bangalore: Partly cloudy. Minimum temperature would be around 20 degree Celsius.
