2 children wounded in house collapse
Srinagar, Feb 16 (UNI) Two children were injured when a house collapsed in south Kashmir early this morning, a police spokesman said.
He said the house collapse took place at Turki-Wangan in Pulwama district of south Kashmir early this morning causing injuries to two-year-old Iqra Rashid and nine-year-old Shabnam.
The injured have been hospitalised, he said.
In another mishap Irshad Ahmad Abbasse was injured when a speeding vehicle hit him at Uri today. He was admitted to Baramulla hospital.
The spokesman said fire broke out in a shop at Citerkoot, Karnah, late last night engulfing twelve shops in the vicinity.
