1.5 lakh pilgrims take dip in Krishna

Vijayawada, Feb 16 (UNI) About 1.5 lakh pilgrims had a holy dip in River Krishna in this coastal city, on the occasion of 'Mahashiva Ratri'.

Later they worshiped Goddess Kanakadurga and Malleswara Swamy atop Indrakiladri hills.

All Siva temples were crowed with devotees in the city.

Police made elaborate bandobast arrangements.
