South, North Korea agree to resume ministerial talks
SEOUL, Feb 15 (Reuters) North and South Korea will resume ministerial talks on February 27, Seoul's Unification Ministry said today after a meeting of officials on the dialogue process that was frozen last July following North Korean missile tests.
It said the talks -- which in previous rounds focused on massive aid to the North -- would be held in Pyongyang.
The agreement to resume the talks came two days after Pyongyang signed a deal with five countries, including the United States, to shut down its nuclear programme.
