Congress Members continue dharna in Assembly

Bangalore, Feb 15: Congress members in Karnataka Assembly today continued dharna for the third day demanding the government to spell out its stand on the election to the post of Chairman in the legislature council resulting in the adjournment of the house. As soon as the house assembled Congress members led by Opposition Leader M Dharm Singh trooped in to well of the house even as Deputy Speakers N Y Gopalakrishna who was in the chair, commenced the question hour called Kannada Chaluvali leader Vatal Nagaraj to ask his question.

Even as Congress members continued to raise slogans against the government, The Deputy Speaker abruptly adjourned house for half an hour.
