Mishap kills 5

Dewas, MP, Feb 14 (UNI) Five people were killed on the spot and three severely injured when two cars collided head-on this morning on the Dewas-Bhopal road near Guradiya Phatak village about 30 km from this district headquarters.

''Four of the deceased were relatives,'' said Superintendent of Police I P Kulshresth. They were identified as Premlata Daga, Pramod Daga, Kundanlal Daga, Vijay Daga and car driver R Khari who were en route to Aashta from Ujjain.

Bhopal residents Anil Parihar, Vivek Bhatnagar and Mahendra Tiwari were in the other vehicle heading here. They were hospitalised at Indore.
