Hostel inmates affected by food poisoning

Badwani(MP), Feb 14: About 40 inmates of the tribal girls hostel at Hingwa near Sendhwa in this district were affected by suspected food poisoning after lunch yesterday.

As 17 girls had shown symptoms of food poisoning again today, 8 of them were readmitted to the hospital, official sources said.

A medical team had been sent from here, District Collector Arun Tiwari said, adding the incident was being inquired into.
