Heavy rainfall affect poll process in Manipur

Imphal, Feb 14: Heavy rainfall in Manipur affected poll process today as about 22 mm of rainfall has been recorded during the past 24 hours.

More rainfall is expected. The minimum temperature today was 12.9 while the maximum was 24.9 degree Celcius. The humidity was about 96 per cent, MET officials said.
