Heavy rain in Manipur affects election poll

Imphal, Feb 14 (UNI) Heavy rainfall in Manipur affected the second phase of election today as about 22 mm of rainfall was recorded during the past 24 hours.

More rainfall was expected. The minimum temperature today was 12.9 degrees Celsius while the maximum was 24.9 degrees Celsius.

The humidity level was about 96 per cent, MET officials said.
