15 injured in Kashmir accidents
Srinagar, Feb 14 (UNI) At least 15 people were injured in different road accidents in the Kashmir Valley today, a police spokesman said.
He said a passenger bus turned turtle near Keegam on the Shopian-Pulwama road, causing injuries to 12 people.
The injured had been admitted to a district hospital at Pulwama, he said.
In another incident, an Army vehicle hit and injured one Mohammad Khalid Dar at Mirbazar on the Srinagar-Jammu national highway. A case has been registered.
A truck hit a load carrier at a railway bridge in Wanpoh, resulting in injuries to its drivers Sartaj Ahmad Bhat and Sabroz Ahmad Ganie. The injured have been hospitalised and the case registered.
The spokesman said a tipper turned turtle at Moulana Azad road and injured its driver, who had been hospitalised.
