US says to resolve frozen North Korean bank accounts
BEIJING, Feb 13 (Reuters) The United States has agreed to resolve the issue of frozen North Korean bank accounts in Macau's Banco Delta Asia within 30 days, chief US negotiator Christopher Hill said today.
He was speaking after North Korea agreed to take steps towards nuclear disarmament under a groundbreaking deal struck today that will bring the impoverished communist state more than 300 million dollars worth of aid.
