Corus take over timetable

LONDON, Feb 12: Anglo-Dutch steelmaker Corus Group said on Monday trading in its shares would be suspended after the close of trading on March 29, ahead of its takeover by India's Tata Steel .

Tata Steel won an auction for Corus on Jan. 31 by offering 608 pence per share and will pay 6.2 billion pounds ( billion).
