Seven-year RI for rape

Badwani, MP, Feb 13 (UNI) A local court has sentenced a person to seven years' rigorous imprisonment for raping a minor.

According to the prosecution, Borlay village-resident Riyaz Khan had abducted a minor and sexually assaulted her in March, 2006.

Additional Sessions Judge D K Goyal delivered the verdict yesterday. A fine was also imposed on the accused.
