Ram temple be constructed in Ayodhya: Sri Sri Ravishankar

Jabalpur, Feb 13: Art of Living founder and spiritual leader Sri Sri Ravishankar has said construction of Ram temple in Ayodhya must take place.

''Ayodhya is the birthplace of Lord Rama. A temple must be built there with everyone's consent,'' Sri Sri told sources.

He said differences and problems in this regard could be resolved through dialogue between various religious leaders.

Sri Sri, who is also the founder of International Association for Human Values, said several saints had done unique work towards uplifting humanity.

He referred to the sacrifice of Acharya Rajneesh and Mahrishi Mahesh Yogi in this regard and described them as repository of talents.

The Art of Living Founder said Indian soil was filled with the stories of Radha Krishna, Ram Sita and other inspiring stories.

He said all work must be done within its limit and according to our culture.

''Instead of aping western culture, we must adopt our own culture,'' he added.
