HC directs Bihar Government and BPSC to reply on CDPO's exam
Patna, Feb 13 (UNI) Patna High Court today directed the Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) and the state government to file counter affidavits within four weeks on a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) petition complaining violation of reservation norms in the result of child development project officer preliminary test examination, 2005.
BPSC had conucted the examination for recuritmement of 218 CDPOs and declared 4435 candiates as successful.
A division bench, headed by Chief Justice J.N.Bhatt, passed the order on a PIL of social activist Ramaji Parasd, who alleged in his petition that the result of examination for CDPO published in November last year indicated violation of reservation rules.
