Draft offers N. Korea million tonnes of fuel-Kyodo
TOKYO, Feb 13 (Reuters) Pyongyang would receive a million tonnes of fuel oil aid for disabling its nuclear facilities under a draft of an agreement being worked on at six-party talks on ending North Korea's nuclear arms programme, Kyodo news agency today said.
Citing a source at the negotiations, Kyodo also said the draft deal offered 50,000 tonnes of fuel oil for closing the nuclear facilities and allowing inspections by the International Atomic Energy Agency.
