Two killed and 14 wounded in Kashmir accidents

Srinagar, Feb 12 (UNI) Two people were killed and 14 others wounded in different road accidents in the Kashmir valley today, official sources said.

They said a speedy vehicle hit and critically wounded one Zahid Khan at Mattan, in south Kashmir. He was rushed to hospital where he died.

They said one Haleema Bano was killed and a 13-year-old Muhammad Yasin was wounded when the Tata Sumo they were travelling in collided with a tree at Waypora.

The sources added 13 passengers were wounded when a vehicle in which they were travelling skidded off the road at Milyal in the frontier district of Kupwara. The injured were hospitalised.
