Sun Microsystems' India leg of Sun Tech Days Feb 21

Hyderabad, Feb 12 (UNI) Sun Microsystems today announced the India leg of its premier developer conference - Sun Tech Days -- would be held here for three days from February 21 and linked via satellite to Pune, Mumbai and Delhi.

Based on positive feedback and overwhelming demand from developers across the country, the Sun Tech Days Programme had been expanded to four cities this year, according to a release here.

The keynote address would be presented by Satyam Computers Chief Executive Officer Ramalinga Raju.

Sun Tech Days would provide developers with practical 'how to' information on technical topics relating to Java Technology, the Solaris 10 OS NetBeans, OpenSolaris, Open source, Development Tools and Web 2.0.

Each Sun Tech Days conference took participants through several advanced development topics. In its eighth year in the country, the programme had touched more than 15,000 developers in five cities, the release claimed.
