Rs 1,680 per quintal MSP fixed for toria for 2006-07

New Delhi, Feb 12 (UNI) The Government today fixed at Rs 1,680 per quintal as Minimum Support Price (MSP) for toria of fair average quality for the year 2006-07.

The price which is the same as was in 2005-06, has been derived on the basis of normal price differential between toria and rapeseed/mustard.

The National Agriculture Cooperative Marketing Federation of India Ltd (NAFED) would undertake the price support operation for toria in 2007-08 marketing season at the fixed (MSP).
