NCDEX records trade worth Rs 2,570 cr

Mumbai, Feb 12 (UNI) About 2,799 users of the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange Ltd (NCDEX) today participated in trading up to 1700 hrs and volumes were Rs 2,570 crore (one-way).

There were 85,640 trades put through by them. Active trades were in guarseeds, chana, refined soy oil, pepper, jeera and soya bean, an NCDEX release here said.

On Saturday, about 561 members participated in trading and put through 88,200 trades. The volume of trading on that day till 1400 hrs was around Rs 2,874 crore (one-way). Active trades were in guarseed, chana, jeera, refined soya oil, pepper and chilli, the release added.
