Light showers in Mumbai bring temperatures down

Mumbai, Feb 12 (UNI) Early morning light showers in different parts of Mumbai city and its suburbs brought down the temperatures by about four degree celcius.

Weather Bureau attributed the unseasonal rain to the movement of the western disturbance. Colaba recorded .2 mm of rainfall and Santacruz .1 mm of rainfall till 0830 hrs.

The rains brought down the temperatures considerably. The Weather bureau recorded temperatures of 24.2 degree celcius at 1130 hrs as against 28.2 degree celcius at the same hour yesterday.

The present weather conditions are expected to continue for a couple of days.
