Immense power of subconscious mind: Hervez Bharucha

Ahmedabad, Feb 12 (UNI) The secret of success was in getting rid of troubles of the past and calmly cultiving self confidence for the future in ones mind, well-known 'Reiki Master' Hervez Bharucha said here today.

Bharucha was speaking on 'the power of your sub-conscious mind for success'' at a meeting, jointly organised by the Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Income Tax Bar Association and Chartered Accountants Association.

He said one way to tap the power of sub-conscious mind is to do deep breathing and visualise that you are getting relieved of your tension when you slowly breathe out.

Apart from conscious and sub-conscious mind, environment, gradual moulding by parents and teachers play an important role in human development, he said.

He said the only way to live a happy life was to follow Lord Buddha's preaching - ''not to mourn for the past or worry about the future or anticipate troubles, but live in the present earnestly with satisfaction,'' he added.
