Idea cellular IPO opens
Hyderabad, Feb 12 (UNI) Idea Cellular Limited, an Aditya Birla Group company and one of the leading mobile operator has entered the capital markets.
The company has come out with an Initial Public Offering(IPO) aggregating 21,250 million of equity shares of Rs 10 each for cash at a premium to be decided through a 100 per cent book building process.
The price band for the issue had been fixed between Rs 65-75 per equity share, a release here said.
The issue, which opened today, will close for subscription on February 15. The quity shares of the company were proposed to be listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange.
