Hathway adopts Oracle applications

New Delhi, Feb 12 (UNI) For managing data effectively and reducing operating costs, Hathway Cable and Datacom Pvt Ltd has selected Oracle Applications to improve customer service, compliance and resource allocation.

''The Oracle Applications (Oracle E-Business Suite 11i.10) implementation is a strategic initiative in our path to adopt best business practices, integrate key business processes and effectively manage data across diverse business lines,'' Hathway Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer K Jayaraman said.

Multi System Operators such as Hathway need to maintain a tight control over their operational processes and revenue management, as well as keep track of a significant volume of data.

Mr Jayaraman said the solutions will allow us to review and monitor business performance.

''We chose Oracle Applications as it offers the most value and benefits, and can be easily integrated with our existing applications,'' he added.
