Arjun Munda terms Jharkhand CM helpless
Varanasi, Feb 12 (UNI) Former Jharkhand Chief Minister Arjun Munda today said his successor Madhu Koda was helpless with the RJD and Congress supporting him.
''He (Koda) is young, but a helpless CM in front of RJD and Congress, who played key role in forming his government,'' Mr Munda, who offered prayers at prominent temples here, besides 'darshan' at the Goddess Vindyavasni shrine in neighbouring Mirzapur district said here.

BJP
leader,
when
asked
about
the
performance
of
the
present
regime
in
Jharkhand,
said
''it
is
better
to
pose
the
question
to
Congress,
who
made
Mr
Koda
the
CM.''
Asked
about
the
prospects
of
homecoming
of
leaders,
including
Babulal
Marandi,
who
have
left
BJP,
Mr
Munda
said
''jo
chale
gaye
woh
chale
gaye
(those
who
have
gone
are
gone).''
Maintaining
he
will
be
one
of
the
BJP
campaigners
for
the
coming
assembly
poll
in
Uttar
Pradesh,
Mr
Munda
said
''I
belong
to
the
neighbouring
state
and
UP
has
pockets,
where
my
campaigning
will
pay
off.''

recent
remarks
of
UP
governor

on
Sanskrit
education,
Mr
Munda
said
''Sanskrit
is
not
the
language
of
bullock-cart
age,
but
is
the
basis
of
our
culture.
Students
studying
Sanskrit
not
only
hail
from
India,
but
from
all
corners
of
world.''
''People,
who
term
Sanskrit
as
a
language
of
bullock-cart
age,
must
not
forget
when
the
oil
reserve
dry
up,
it
will
be
the
bullock-cart
only,
which
will
run
the
economy.
We
shall
not
belittle
our
ancient
lingo,
but
try
to
popularise
it.''
