Staff avert fire in hotel

Tirupati, Feb 11 (UNI) The staff of the Bhima's Residency Hotel averted a major fire outbreak in the hotel here last night.

According to Fire Service officer Jagan Mohan Reddy here today, the chimney of the hotel suddently caught fire while preparing food.

However, the hotel staff put off the fire.

With smoke prevailing and people turning panic, the firetenders were alerted. They evacuated the occupants of the hotel.

The actual reason of fire was not immediately known.
