Procession, poor feeding mark statue installation

Puducherry, Feb 11: The volunteers of the Indian National Sivaji Congress here today organised a procession and poor-feeding to mark the second anniversary of the installation of the statue of veteran actor late Sivaji Ganesan here.

The volunteers who gathered at the statue, led by president D Sivaraj, garlanded the statue and took out a processsion to the Samadhi of 'Father of Indian Theatre Sankaradas Swamigal'.

Tributes were paid to the Swamigal and poor-feeding was organised.

The organisers hailed Puducherry Chief Minister N Rangasamy for installing the statue.
