Mizoram state gets Reliance GSM services
Aizawl, Feb 11: Reliance Telecom Limited has launched GSM service in Mizoram as part of its service expansion project in the Northeastern region.
Corporate officials of the company here today said Reliance is also launching a host of value-added services to offer customers the widest choices at par with global benchmarks.
It also aims at working out innovative and affordable tariff plans targeted at different market segments to make Reliance Mobile, the preferred cellular service in Mizoram as well as other eastern Indian states.
At the same time, it is improving the network by adding around 3000 mobile network sites in its licence area, they assured.
Reliance had already provided cellular service in eight telecom circles covering 15 states with full synergy among major cities of the country, officials said adding Reliance GSM aims at covering 5000 towns within next few months.
