Former minister passes away

Patna,Feb 9(UNI) Former Bihar minister and senior Congress leader Rajendra Pratap Singh died here todaay after prolonged illness.He was 90.

Mr Singh was elected to Bihar Assembly six times from Ghorasahan constituency during 1962 to 1985. He was minister in the Harihar Singh and Dr Jagannath Mishra cabinet.

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, Railway Minister Lalu Prasad, president of Bihar Pradesh Congress Committee(BPCC) Sadanand Singh and several others condoled the demise of Mr Singh.
