Agriculture dept renamed in MP

Bhopal, Feb 9 (UNI) The Madhya Pradesh government has renamed the Agriculture department as Farmers Welfare and Agriculture Development department.

A notification in this regard had been issued after Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan's announcement at the kisan panchayat about changing the name, official sources said today.
