Two ULFA cadres held, IEDs recovered in Asom
Guwahati, Feb 7 (UNI) Two ULFA militants were apprehended and three Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs) seized in Asom's Kamrup district.
Police sources today said two militants were stopped by villagers of Koynagaon in Dimu Dobok area in the district following their ''suspicious movement'' late last night.
They were carrying two heavily loaded bags, from which two (IEDs) were recovered.
The duo were handed over to the Army and another IED was seized from a neighbouring village, Kalitakuchi, on the basis of the information the militants provided.
