Madhya Pradesh: Police nabs bandit at Guna

Guna (MP), Feb 7: A 20-year-old dacoit carrying a reward of Rs 10,000, announced by the Chhattisgarh Police for his arrest, has been apprehended near this district's Muradpur village with a crude gun and three cartridges, the police said.

Vikki Pardi was arrested on Monday night, following a tip-off, while preparing to commit banditry.

He is charged with several offences -- including dacoity -- in Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh's Bhilai and Jagdalpur.
