NCDEX records trade worth Rs 2,340 cr

Mumbai, Feb 7 (UNI) About 585 members (2,663 users) of the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange Ltd (NCDEX) today participated in trading up to 1700 hrs and volumes were Rs 2,340 crore (one-way).

There were 81,450 trades put through by them. Active trades were in guarseeds, chana, refined soy oil, pepper, jeera and soya bean, a NCDEX release here said.

On February six, about 587 members participated in trading and put through 83,330 trades. The volume of trading on that day till 2330 hrs was around Rs 2,424 crore (one-way). Active trades were in guarseed, chana, jeera, refined soya oil and silver, the release added.
