Jazeera Airways offers tickets at 4 dinars
Dubai, Feb 7 (UNI) In what can intensify competition in the Indian aviation sector, Kuwait-based Jazeera Airways, West Asia's only private scheduled airline, has introduced air tickets at four Kuwaiti dinars per ticket.
Under the plan, 10 lakh seats would be available to consumers who fly from Kuwait and Dubai to 20 destinations, including Mumbai, Kochi and New Delhi. The consumers could book tickets through the official website of the flier (www.jazeeraairways.com) till tomorrow.
The airline also announced the establishment of a second hub in Dubai, from where direct flights to Mumbai, Kochi and New Delhi would operate.
The flier operates a fleet of Airbus A320s from Dubai to Bahrain, Kuwait, Mumbai, Kochi, New Delhi, Muscat and Salalah.
