Italy keen on Indian tie-ups
Chennai, Feb 7 (UNI) To improve business relations with India, visiting Italian trade community today expressed willingness to tie-up with small and medium scale business companies here.
Addressing a gathering at Hindustan Chamber of Commerce here, Italian Trade Commission Representative Gianni Fiaccadori said "our trade commission was an agency of the Italian government working for the promotion of trade, business and industrial cooperation with Indian companies." "We are working on new plans with the help of Hindustan Chamber of Commerce to tap the small and medium enterprises in Chennai", he added.
Mr Gianni, who was here for a three-day tour, pointed out that his associated companies were equipped with modern systems and technologies in various fields to give greater support for the Indian business community, particularly in machinery, textile, furnitures and horticulture.

projects
to
realise
prototypes
and
to
face
any
kind
of
technical
challenges,
offering
maximum
support
to
our
partners
in
India," he
said
adding
"our
network
operates
in
over
80
countries."
