Iraq chopper crash kills 7 US troops - official

WASHINGTON, Feb 7 (Reuters) All seven US troops aboard a military helicopter were killed when the aircraft crashed northwest of Baghdad today, according to an initial military report, a US defence official said.

''I can tell you that the initial report was seven,'' the official said, speaking on condition of anonymity, when asked how many troops had been on board and died in the crash.
