Hutch announces simplified tariff for international roaming
Ahmedabad, Feb 7 (UNI) Leading telecom service provider Hutch today announced simplified tariff for international roaming to enable its subscribers to remain connected across the world and help eliminate the hassle of choosing among unfamiliar telecom operators.
The new tariff model classifies countries into eight zones with uniform tariffs across all operators in countries of a zone. Each of these eight zones will now have a fixed tariff for calls irrespective of the operator in the visited country.
There will be standardised charges and all calls made or received will be charged at 60-second pulse and GPRS usage will be charged at 10-kb pulse.
Simplification of international roaming tariff frees Hutch customers from the confusion of choosing the most viable telecom operator at an international destination and provides clarity in bills to the international travellers.
